MyChart is Coming to UK St. Claire June 27
A new, easier way to manage your care—coming this summer.
At UK St. Claire, we believe you should be able to access advanced care close to home and manage your health easily wherever you are.
What you need to know right now:
Option 1: If you already use UK HealthCare MyChart:
No need to do anything — your UK St. Claire information will automatically
appear in MyChart on June 27.
Option 2:
If you are new to UK HealthCare MyChart:

Sign up here to create your account and get started before launch. You can also download
the app on the
Apple Store or get it on
Google Play.
Option 3: If you have an activation code:
Once MyChart launches on June 27, UK St. Claire patients may receive an
activation code from their provider. Enter your activation code
here and follow the prompts to create your account.
MyChart also brings your care together in one place across UK St. Claire, UK HealthCare and UK King’s Daughters.
MyChart will make it easier to:
- Schedule and manage appointments without calling
- Message your care team with questions
- View test results and visit details sooner
- Request prescription refills
- Manage your care anytime from your phone or computer
As part of this transition, your recent visit records, medications and important health information will carry forward into MyChart.

When will MyChart be available?
MyChart will be available June 27. We will share updates as we get closer so you know exactly when to get started.
Will I still be able to use the current patient portal?
No. The current patient portal (MHealth) will be replaced by MyChart. More details, including timing, will be shared as we get closer to launch.
Will my information transfer to MyChart?
Yes. Your visit records from the last three years, medications and important health information will carry forward into MyChart. Some information may appear later as final updates are completed.
Is MyChart secure?
Yes. MyChart is a secure system that protects your personal health information and allows you to communicate safely with your care team.
Can I use MyChart for my family members?
Yes. MyChart allows you to help manage care for family members, depending on access permissions.
What if I don’t have a computer or smartphone?
You will still be able to receive care as you do today. MyChart is an additional option to make managing your care easier, but it is not required.

Will any of my medical records be deleted?
No. Medical records are not being deleted as part of the transition to MyChart.
What if I need records that do not appear in MyChart after June 27?
Please contact UK St. Claire Health Information Management team for assistance obtaining older records.
Support information will be shared as we get closer to launch. In the meantime, please continue to contact your care team as you normally would.
