About Karen

Dr. Feghali treats a variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid, and parathyroid disease. She completed her fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Feghali completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston, MA. She comes to UK St. Claire along with her husband, Dr. Mark Mashni, a podiatrist.
