About Steven

I was oldest of three boys and the son of a pathologist who immigrated to the United States from Germany in the late 1950's. I grew up in the small city of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, an old mining town in the anthracite coal region of the state, where my parents still reside. I met my wife, Tippie, while at the University of Pennsylvania. We have 3 wonderful children; Corinne, Jessica and Michael.
