St. Claire HealthCare Surprises Staff with Christmas Bonus

“Today, and every day throughout the year, I see the spirit of Christmas displayed in every member of our staff through unwavering dedicated service to the St. Claire HealthCare mission,” said Donald H. Lloyd, II, SCH President/CEO. “They display great comfort, peace, and joy to so many throughout the year and show such strength and sacrifice in serving our community, especially during these trying times.”

The Sisters of Notre Dame and the St. Claire HealthCare (SCH) Board of Directors extended their heartfelt admiration and gratitude to SCH staff along with a holiday recognition bonus. This morning, electronic deposits were made to qualified staff bank accounts.

All non-management and non-physician active full-time and part-time staff employed as of December 3, 2021, received a $400 Christmas bonus and a $50 Kroger gift card. Management and physician staff received a $200 Christmas bonus and $50 Kroger gift card. PRN and temporary staff received a $50 Kroger gift card.

“If anyone deserves something special this Christmas, it’s our dedicated staff … And we are truly fortunate to be able to offer something special to each of them,” said Lloyd.
