SCH Announces Cooper as Manager of Employee Health Services

UK St. Claire (SCH) is pleased to announce that Crystal Cooper, RN, has been promoted to Manager of Employee Health Services.

In her new role, Cooper will facilitate the employee health program, promoting a safe work environment for all SCH employees. This includes disease detection, prevention, and treatment. She conducts new hire screenings and maintains employee health records. As Manager of Employee Health Services, Cooper is also a member of the Infection Control Committee and the Environment of Care Committee.

“I love working in Employee Health. Promoting a safe and healthy work environment is very important to me,” stated Cooper. “Here at St. Claire, we are a family, and taking care of each other is essential. We all work together to help our patients and give them the care they deserve. Maintaining a healthy and safe staff enables all of us to do what we love.”

Cooper joined SCH in 2021 with 16 years of nursing experience, mostly working in ICU. She has been a supervisor and director over several departments, including ICU, Post-Angio, Cardiac Rehab, and Med-Surg Services.
