Harrison Takes on New Role as Director of Talent Management at UK St. Claire

UK St. Claire (SCH) is proud to announce Kayla Harrison has been promoted to Director of Talent Management in the Office of Human Resources.
“Recruiting top talent and sustaining a resilient workforce is crucial for our healing ministry and I’m excited to be a part of it. St. Claire continues to be supportive of my professional goals. Now I get to do that for others,” said Harrison.
As the Director of Talent Management, Harrison will conduct full lifecycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning across the enterprise.
A native of Winchester, Kentucky, Harrison earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University. She first joined SCH in 2016 as a Marketing Assistant and later joined the Nursing Administration team as a Nursing Professional Development Coordinator where she was highly involved in nursing recruitment and developing SCH’s nurse extern program.
"My love for recruiting grew with the nurse extern program," she said. "Seeing how we’re able to pour into students just starting their nursing career is only a preview of what we’re going to accomplish throughout the entire enterprise as we continue to grow."
Harrison also serves as SCH's Privacy Officer.
