The Porter Group Insurance, LLC, Commemorates St. Claire HealthCare’s 60th Anniversary

To commemorate St. Claire HealthCare’s 60^th anniversary of serving eastern Kentucky, The Porter Group Insurance, LLC, has made a $60,000 charitable commitment. High-priority clinical and educational initiatives will be supported by this contribution throughout the 60^th anniversary year.

“Our core values align with St. Claire’s in a desire to meet the needs of our community,” said Gene Porter, Owner of The Porter Group Insurance, LLC.

“The St. Claire HealthCare Foundation is honored that The Porter Group has chosen to invest in the future by celebrating our meaningful past,” said Mindy Highley, SCH Executive Director, Community Engagement & Philanthropy. “This premiere sponsorship will have a significant impact on the people of our region.”

Through this innovative partnership, several St. Claire endeavors will be supported, including the presentation of a community-wide educational Health conference to be held in the spring. Additionally, The Porter Group and St. Claire HealthCare will provide an internship opportunity to a college junior or senior who is enrolled in a program of study related to healthcare or healthcare management.
