Guerin Named Director of Pharmacy for UK St. Claire

UK St. Claire is excited to announce Caitlin Guerin, Pharm D, RPh, has accepted the position of Director of Pharmacy.

Guerin graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy with her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2016 and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at SCH in 2017. She has been the Pharmacy Operation Manager for SCH since 2019 and is currently working toward her BCIDP (Board Certified Infectious Disease Pharmacist).

Through her new position at UK St. Claire, Guerin will provide leadership for all pharmacy services throughout the enterprise, including in-patient and retail services.

“I am so fortunate to be able to practice at a high level in a profession that I have had a passion for since I was 15,” Guerin said. “UK St. Claire is growing at an amazing rate and I am so proud and excited to be a part of the growth and development of this community.”

Originally from Versailles, KY, Guerin and her husband Jacob now reside in Jeffersonville. They have two beautiful children, Logan, age 4, and Jenna, age 18 months. Outside of the hospital she and her husband are working on turning their small farm into a homestead.
