St. Claire HealthCare hires motivated nursing students that are seeking real-life, hands-on experience. Our Nurse Extern Program offers the ability to build connections with nurses, physicians, and other medical staff, as well as build strong self-confidence, and gain clinical knowledge and skills that can’t be taught in a classroom. With flexible work hours and competitive pay, this program will make it easy for you to begin your career now.

Applications for the next group of nurse externs will be accepted starting in October, with the program starting in December. Students must have completed their first semester of nursing school and their first clinical rotation to be eligible.
