SCH Announces Stokes as new Patient Support Service Coordinator

UK St. Claire is pleased to announce Heather Stokes has accepted the role of Patient Support Service Coordinator.
In this role, Stokes will provide leadership and operational oversight to the patient services support and central transport departments. She will work with nursing leaders to ensure the nursing units are optimally staffed through predictive scheduling and resource distribution, and ensure maximum performance, quality, efficiency, and safety.
“St Claire has given me the opportunity to learn and grow since the day that I was hired, for that I am grateful,” said Stokes. “I am looking forward to new challenges in this role, as well as building new relationships.”
Originally from Maine, Stokes moved to Olive Hill, Kentucky with her family in 2021. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Husson University (Maine) in 2020. She worked as a lab coordinator at a rural hospital in Maine and has over 15 years of management experience. She started working at SCH in 2021 as a Health Unit Coordinator and quickly moved into the Lead Health Unit Coordinator position.
