St. Claire HealthCare Names Katie Craycraft, PharmD, BCPS, as Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager

St. Claire HealthCare would like to announce Katie Craycraft, PharmD, BCPS, as its new Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager.

In her new role, Craycraft will be responsible for the ongoing quality assurance monitoring of the pharmacy department. She will also provide managerial oversight to ensure the effective implementation of care and process changes that positively impact the pharmaceutical care provided.

“St. Claire HealthCare has given me many opportunities to grow in my profession, and I love that we are a rural facility giving patients access in an area where it is needed most,” said Craycraft. “I am looking forward to the new aspects of my position and ensuring that the pharmacy is practicing at the highest level possible for our patients.”

Craycraft is originally from Winchester but moved to Morehead after accepting a position as a clinical pharmacist with SCH in 2019. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2018 and completed her PGY 1 pharmacy residency program at SCH in 2019. In July of 2021, she became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).
